Ph.D. in English Literature only from a HEC recognized university / institution. Must have publications in a HEC recognized journal.
Job Responsibilities:
Meet annual targets assigned by the HoD.
To work to appropriate targets as set by the Dean/Director of University to secure a high-quality teaching and learning environment for students.
To teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy.
To develop learning materials, prepare schemes of work and maintain records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
Contributes to the development of module information packs, assignments and examination questions. As well as assessing students’ progress and providing feedback.
Continue to develop your own teaching and learning skills and contribute to the planning of teaching programs.
Employ innovative teaching strategies and facilitate experiential learning during the lessons.
Liaise and maintain good relationships with academic colleagues and colleagues in practice.

Faculty members with a strong citation index and publications in high-impact factor journals, who have completed their PhD from QS Top-300 ranked global universities, may be considered for additional compensation and accelerated career progression, in accordance with university policies.
