About the Role:

AGBS Mumbai invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Finance and General Management. The role involves teaching, academic research, student mentoring, and contributing to institutional development.

Eligibility Criteria:

• PhD pursuing / PhD completed in relevant specialization (as per UGC norms)

• NET preferred (if applicable)

• Prior teaching experience in higher education will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and conduct tutorials for undergraduate and postgraduate programs

• Develop course content, lesson plans, and assessment methods

• Engage in research, publications, and academic activities

• Mentor and guide students for academic and career development

• Participate in departmental and institutional initiatives

• Support accreditation, curriculum development, and quality assurance processes

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong subject knowledge in Finance / General Management

• Effective communication and classroom management skills

• Research orientation and academic writing skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment
