Responsibilities:
The Assistant Program Manager is responsible for assisting the Program Manager/Area Manager/Regional in managing the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team within a post-acute rehabilitation/outpatient environment, cooperate in community marketing activities relating to the post-acute delivery of therapy services, patient evaluation, effective administration of treatment programs and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations as delegated by Rehab Program Manager/Area Manager/Regional. Assumes Program Manager responsibilities in their absence.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduated from an accredited program for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
- Valid state license or pending license for new graduates.
- Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required!
