Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the mental health integration program in assigned clinics.
- Guide and supervise counsellors and psychologists to ensure quality care.
- Conduct training sessions, refresher workshops, and mentorship activities.
- Monitor patient screening and referral processes in clinics.
- Collect and analyse data for program monitoring and reporting.
- Work with the M&E team to meet reporting and documentation standards.
- Visit clinic sites regularly to support field teams and ensure smooth operations.
- Build strong relationships with clinic staff and partner organizations.
- Assist in creating reports, documentation, and learning materials for the program.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public Health, or Social Work (or a related field).
- 1–2 years of experience in program management, preferably in mental health or public health projects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Urdu (written and spoken).
- Willing to travel frequently within Karachi to visit clinic sites.
