Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the mental health integration program in assigned clinics.
  • Guide and supervise counsellors and psychologists to ensure quality care.
  • Conduct training sessions, refresher workshops, and mentorship activities.
  • Monitor patient screening and referral processes in clinics.
  • Collect and analyse data for program monitoring and reporting.
  • Work with the M&E team to meet reporting and documentation standards.
  • Visit clinic sites regularly to support field teams and ensure smooth operations.
  • Build strong relationships with clinic staff and partner organizations.
  • Assist in creating reports, documentation, and learning materials for the program.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public Health, or Social Work (or a related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in program management, preferably in mental health or public health projects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu (written and spoken).
  • Willing to travel frequently within Karachi to visit clinic sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 per month
