About The Team

As a part of the Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team at Meesho, you will be at the forefront of using data to drive exceptional experiences for our Suppliers and Users. Our team is pivotal in solving complex, industry-defining problems at scale, making an impact on overall Supplier & User experience.

About The Role

In this role, you will primarily focus on leveraging data analytics to enhance user experiences across our platform. You will identify key challenges, devise data-driven solutions, and lead the implementation of these strategies to improve operational and experience metrics and work closely with multiple Stakeholder. You will be leveraging data to share the insights on next steps to achieve long term & short term vision.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Program Managers to develop and enhance B2C and B2B fulfillment processes, including FC operations.
  • Manage and govern 3P partners providing fulfillment center services for Meesho.
  • Lead projects focused on cost optimization and process improvement, ensuring measurable impact.
  • Supervise warehouse teams to ensure adherence to SLAs, productivity, and quality targets.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze, and solve operational challenges.
  • Leverage on-ground operational insights to drive scalable and sustainable process improvements.


What You Will Need

  • 4–5 years of strong on-ground operational experience in Fulfillment Centers, Logistics, First Mile, Middle Mile, or Last Mile operations.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Program Management or Process Improvement roles.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • SQL knowledge or comfort with data tools (preferred).
