Assistant Project Architect

• Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for architectural and fit-out projects.
• Review and verify contractor quotations, ensuring accuracy of quantities, materials, and pricing.
• Calculate and check project quantities and materials based on drawings and specifications.
• Support the project team in cost estimation and budget control.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure quotations align with project scope and specifications.
• Follow up on tasks assigned to the project team and other departments to ensure timely completion of project requirements.
• Assist during the design phase, supporting drawing development and documenting design requirements.
• Track progress of design stages with the design team and ensure timely delivery of drawings and approvals.
• Follow up with contractors during execution to ensure works comply with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Review the drawings and compare them with BOQ and project specifications.
• Assist in monitoring project costs, variations, and material usage.
• Maintain proper documentation of quotations, BOQs, drawings, and project cost records.
