Job Overview
BrandNest is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our growing team in Austin. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple tasks, and can coordinate between departments to ensure project success.

Duties

  • Coordinate daily project activities and ensure timelines are met.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing projects.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and documentation to support project objectives.
  • Support management in monitoring project performance and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, Word, email systems).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.35 - $28.12 per hour
