Assistant Project Coordinator

Glamour Group International is a UAE-based company headquartered in Abu Dhabi and operating as part of the Glamour Group. The company specializes in turnkey construction and interior solutions, including flooring systems, artificial turf, and fit-out services. With a comprehensive approach, Glamour Group International manages projects from design and material supply through to installation and completion, serving a wide range of sectors such as commercial, residential, and institutional developments.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Projcet Co-ordinator (Building Contracting & Construction Background) to join our Abu Dhabi branch immediately!. The ideal candidate will have strong driving skills, attention to detail, and experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing, and executing project plans.
  • Help coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed according to project schedules
  • Maintain project-related documentation
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Head of Projects Team
  • Assist in resolving issues or conflicts that arise during the project cycle.
  • Ensure project work aligns with quality standards and specifications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of Projects Team

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a similar degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and stay organized.
  • Accuracy in documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think critically and help resolve issues quickly.
  • Prior experience in project coordination, administration, or management support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Skills to interact with stakeholders and clients in a professional manner.
