Assistant Project Coordinator (Onsite)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Management professional to support project planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic understanding of project workflows, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion
  • Follow up with team members regarding project updates and deliverables
  • Prepare meeting notes, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and status reports
  • Help monitor project progress and highlight delays or issues to management
  • Support managers in daily operational and administrative project tasks
  • Ensure proper communication between departments and stakeholders
  • Maintain records of project schedules and task assignments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field
  • 0–1 year of experience in project coordination or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of project management processes is a plus

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
