Assistant Project Manager

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and knows how to keep teams aligned, projects on track, and clients happy.

Your Role at Reamarc As our Assistant Manager, you'll be the go-to person for keeping operations smooth, deadlines sharp, and communication clear. You'll support team leads, manage day-to-day workflows, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate across departments (SEO, Design, Development, Content, Video) to ensure timely project delivery

Track progress and maintain visibility on multiple ongoing projects

Communicate effectively with both team members and clients

Organize resources, prioritize tasks, and solve problems on the fly

Help optimize internal processes and support team productivity

Assist senior management in reporting, scheduling, and strategy

What We’re Looking For

3–4 years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, or operations

Understanding of digital services like SEO, web, design, and content creation

Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills

A calm, can-do attitude with problem-solving instincts

Comfortable with tools like Trello, Notion, Excel, or project trackers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
