Responsibilities

• Support segmentation analysis by exploring datasets and assisting in deriving actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns for identified user segments.
• Work with GA4 to track user behavior and assist in managing data applications.
• Contribute to personalization initiatives by providing analytical inputs and user trends.
• Identify and highlight patterns that influence user engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Partner with product and growth teams to support analytics efforts and growth strategies.
• Translate data into clear, structured insights to guide team-level decision-making.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a concise, data-driven manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1– 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with GA4, Mixpanel, Adjust, or similar analytics platforms.
• Basic understanding of segmentation, user analytics, and product growth concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
