Assistant Project Manager

About Us

We are a growing interior fit-out company specializing in delivering high-quality commercial, retail, and residential projects. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing fit-out projects from start to completion.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for management and clients.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on site.
  • Support in resolving project issues and managing variations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or management (preferably in interior fit-out).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
