Assistant Project Manager

Full time, on site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

What this job involves

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the construction of prefabricated steel warehouses, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential delays or issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Support the Project Manager in managing stakeholder relationships and resolving on site challenges.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in construction project management, with a focus on prefabricated steel buildings, warehouses, or factories.
• Proven expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards.
