Assistant Project Manager
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Project Manager to support project planning, coordination, and execution. You will track project activities, maintain documentation, liaise with teams, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities, while maintaining and updating project plans, timelines, and task trackers.

Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, document minutes, and follow up with project owners to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Prepare project reports, dashboards, and status updates for management, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Serve as a liaison between internal teams, business units, and external vendors, supporting smooth communication and collaboration.

Identify project risks and dependencies, track issues, and assist in mitigation planning.

Ensure all projects comply with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements, and support UAT coordination, test case preparation, and execution tracking.
Specification Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; candidates with project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum are preferred.

1–2 years experience in project coordination (fresh graduates with strong skills welcome), Experience in IT projects, SDLC, or vendor management will be preferred.

Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.

Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
