The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Project management tools, especially Jira
-
Prepare Project Reports
-
Capacity management - keeping track of available capacity.

Resource management
-
Estimate Techniques
-
Track project progress and deliverables, ensuring they align with established timelines.

Help manage project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Facilitate collaboration and promote a positive team environment.

Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.

Assisting in the overall delivery of the project
Requirements:

Qualification: BSCS/BSSE/BSIT
-
2-3 years experience in project management
-
PMP Certification preferred
-
Excellent written and verbal communications
-
Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
-
Passion for managing teams and driving results

Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
