Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to lead and supervise our government building projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project execution.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. / B.E. in Civil Engineering (PEC registration required).
- Diploma holders with proven records shall also be considered.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in C&W or public sector building projects.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and standard office software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute building projects for government clients (C&W Punjab and related departments).
- Lead and coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, BOQs, and C&W specifications.
- Monitor progress, cost control, and timelines to ensure project completion within approved budgets and schedules.
- Prepare and review work schedules, bar charts, and progress reports for client and management review.
- Coordinate with C&W engineers, consultants, and inspection teams for site visits, approvals, and payments.
- Ensure implementation of quality control, safety protocols, and environmental standards on all project sites.
- Review and verify contractor bills, variations, and progress claims.
- Handle procurement of materials and ensure compliance with government tendering and documentation requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical or administrative issues affecting project progress.
