Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager EPC to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing EPC projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing EPC projects from conception to completion

2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction

3. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets

4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

2. 5+ years of experience in EPC projects, preferably in a managerial role

3. Strong knowledge of EPC project management principles, practices, and regulations

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
