Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Bahria Orchard, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate daily site operations and maintain communication with contractors and engineers.
• Ensure quantity and quality control in all construction work.
• Maintain accurate record keeping of site materials, labor, and work progress.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Manage on-site materials and inventory efficiently.
• Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to site teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.

Requirements:

Education:

• DAE (Civil) with at least 8 years of experience, or
• BSc Civil Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.

Experience: 6–8 years in construction of high-rise and residential projects.

Technical Skills:

• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and coordination abilities
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Ability to handle multiple site tasks efficiently
