A building manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance of all building systems, including plumbing, electrical, ventilation, heating and cooling, elevators, roofs, windows, doors, floors, walls, etc.
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, and other consultants to ensure compliance with building codes and other regulations
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the building, including scheduling maintenance work, and responding to residents concerns
- Managing relationships with residents, including catering their needs and addressing requests for repairs or maintenance
- Overseeing building operations to ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with regulations
- Responding to emergencies and other auspicious events.
- Inspecting the building for any sign of damage.
- Monitoring the building maintenance budget.
- Negotiating with the contractors for services.
- Examining the completed and ongoing jobs at the building..
- Answering all the queries and complaints of the occupants.
- Maintaining records for future references.

Requirement
- Must be presentable and well spoken
- Hospitality and Electrical Industry person will be preferred
- 3 years of experience working in hotels, Building Management
- Affluent in English and proactive, have a sense of electrical requirements a bit
- Excellent ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional ability to deal with complaints in a timely manner.
