Role:
We are seeking a professional and disciplined Admin Manager, preferably an Ex-Army officer, to lead administrative operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, organizational discipline, and hands-on experience managing factory administration and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all administrative and facility operations
  • Supervise maintenance, transport, and security functions
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers
  • Support HR and management with operational coordination

Requirements:

  • Ex-Army background (mandatory preference)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience in manufacturing or industrial setup
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Compensation: Competitive salary package based on experience
