Fit Out Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in fit-out management preferably in retail or fashion industry.

  • Strong understanding of interior design, construction processes, and MEP systems.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Position Overview

The Fit-Out Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of retail store construction and renovation projects — from planning and design coordination to on-site execution and final handover. The role requires strong project management expertise, an eye for design detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end retail store fit-out projects across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Oversee site inspections, quality control, and adherence to brand guidelines and safety standards.
  • Prepare project timelines, budgets, and material specifications, ensuring cost efficiency and timely completion.
  • Manage vendor relationships, quotations, and contracts related to store construction and refurbishment.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising and operations teams to ensure smooth store openings.
  • Monitor maintenance and post-fit-out works to maintain store aesthetics and functionality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
