We’re hiring an Assistant Manager – Outbound Marketing & Sales Development with 5+ years of experience to lead and scale our outbound efforts.This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build high-converting outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and fuel pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other Outbound Channels to drive top-of-funnel pipeline
- Identify and research high-potential accounts and decision-makers aligned with our ideal customer profile
- Qualify leads using BANT criteria and conduct structured discovery to assess fit and intent
- Personalize outreach and nurture sequences to convert cold leads into engaged prospects
- Maintain clean and updated CRM records with lead activity, status, and next steps
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and meeting setup
- Run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, and cadences to optimize conversion rates
- Align with marketing on campaign goals, content strategy, and feedback loops
- Monitor and report KPIs such as contact rate, meeting booked rate, and lead quality
- Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer pain points to inform GTM strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or B2B demand generation roles
- Proven track record of building outbound pipelines and qualifying leads at scale
- Strong command over outbound tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Excellent communication, writing, and objection-handling skills
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action and a data-driven approach
- Experience working closely with both marketing and sales teams in a fast-paced environment
