Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage corrective and preventive maintenance for MEP systems, kitchen equipment, furniture, civil works, and utility services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for AMC, service calls, and emergency breakdowns.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with safety, fire, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor asset performance, energy usage, and recommend cost-saving and efficiency measures.
  • Maintain accurate work order records, equipment history, and maintenance logs.
  • Support new outlet openings, renovations, and fit-out works from a facility perspective.
  • Prepare and submit periodic facility performance and maintenance reports.
  • Assist in facility-related OPEX and CAPEX planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • 3–5 years of facility management experience in restaurants or hospitality.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP, kitchen equipment, furniture, and civil maintenance.
  • Good understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
