Admin Executive

We at Zameen.com are looking for a proactive and responsible Admin Executive to manage administrative and operational activities at our under-construction sites. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and field management skills, as well as sound knowledge of dealing with local authorities and ensuring smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage administrative operations at under-construction and remote sites.

  • Coordinate with government and private departments (GR, LESCO, EPA, TEPA, DHA, Police, etc.) for necessary approvals, documentation, and compliance.

  • Supervise site facilities including security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

  • Ensure smooth supply chain and administrative support to project and construction teams.

  • Maintain records, reports, and logs for site-related activities and expenses.

  • Handle vendor coordination, logistics, and material dispatches when required.

  • Support management in enforcing safety protocols and maintaining overall site discipline.

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure operations are running effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or relevant field).

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in site administration or construction operations.

  • Strong networking with local authorities (LESCO, TEPA, EPA, Police, etc.).

  • Good communication and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites remotely.

  • Basic understanding of construction and site processes is a plus.
