Deputy General Manager - Civil Execution

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy General Manager (Civil Execution) to lead large-scale construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil project execution, team management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage civil project execution at multiple sites.
• Lead site teams and ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective project delivery.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and procurement departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Review project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proven leadership in handling multi-site operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
