Deputy Manager EPM (Engineering Planning & Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability.
• Support the planning and execution of plant maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians in maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in managing the maintenance budget and vendor contracts.
• Work closely with production, quality, and project teams to support operational objectives.
• Assist in maintaining proper spare parts inventory and procurement coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related.
• 5 years of experience in plant maintenance and engineering.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
