Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for all assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project cycle.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
  • Conduct presentations, progress reviews, and resolve client queries or concerns.
  • Ensure client expectations are clearly understood and translated into deliverables.

Design & Execution Coordination

  • Review design drawings, BOQs, material selections, and technical specifications.
  • Liaise with architects, designers, consultants, and internal experts for approvals and updates.
  • Ensure design intent is fully implemented and executed at the site level.

Site Supervision & Monitoring

  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and onsite teams to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Track project costs, billing cycles, variation orders, and maintain project profitability.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and approvals are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
