Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for all assigned projects.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project cycle.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
- Conduct presentations, progress reviews, and resolve client queries or concerns.
- Ensure client expectations are clearly understood and translated into deliverables.
Design & Execution Coordination
- Review design drawings, BOQs, material selections, and technical specifications.
- Liaise with architects, designers, consultants, and internal experts for approvals and updates.
- Ensure design intent is fully implemented and executed at the site level.
Site Supervision & Monitoring
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and onsite teams to meet quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Track project costs, billing cycles, variation orders, and maintain project profitability.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and approvals are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
