Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems for complex building projects
2. Ensure MEP designs meet project requirements, building codes, and sustainability goals
3. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly
4. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations for MEP works
5. Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on MEP designs and installations
6. Implement innovative MEP solutions to optimize energy efficiency and building performance
7. Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultants
8. Resolve complex technical issues and propose effective solutions
9. Prepare and present MEP-related reports and recommendations to project stakeholders
10. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in MEP design and management for commercial buildings
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful MEP project delivery
  • Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP)
  • Familiarity with BIM technologies and smart building systems
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
