Infinity Landscape Contractor is a second-generation, family-owned commercial landscape construction and maintenance company serving DFW and North Texas for over 30 years.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Assistant Project Manager to support our commercial install division.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organization and understands construction coordination and structure.

Position Overview

The Assistant Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting active commercial landscape construction projects from award through closeout.

This position manages and maintains all project-related activity within the Aspire system — including scheduling, job costing, material coordination, and documentation tracking.

This role directly supports project profitability and operational efficiency.

This is an in office role.

Core Responsibilities

Aspire Project Management & Tracking

  • Manage active projects inside Aspire
  • Maintain accurate job costing and budget tracking
  • Monitor labor hours and production reporting
  • Schedule on Aspire scheduling board
  • Update scheduling and production timelines
  • Track and document change orders
  • Generate reports to support project performance

Purchasing & Material Coordination

  • Order materials and coordinate vendor deliveries
  • Track material budgets against estimates
  • Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders
  • Ensure materials align with project schedules

Financial & Profitability Support

  • Assist Project Managers in reviewing cost-to-complete
  • Monitor job performance versus estimate
  • Support billing documentation
  • Maintain organized project records

Field & GC Coordination

  • Schedule inspections
  • Coordinate deliveries with vendors
  • Help manage punch lists and closeout documentation
  • Communicate with General Contractors as directed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of commercial construction coordination or project support experience
  • Experience working in construction management software (Aspire preferred)
  • Strong understanding of job costing and production tracking
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for performance incentives based on overall project margin performance. We believe in rewarding team members who help protect and grow company profitability.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
