Associate Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Associate Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the planning, analysis, and delivery of technical projects. This role is well-suited for early-career professionals with hands-on experience working alongside development teams, gathering requirements, and supporting project execution in Agile or hybrid environments.

The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly documented, effectively communicated, and delivered within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project activities, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA, designers, and product owners to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Assist in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items
  • Coordinate UAT efforts and support issue tracking and resolution
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and business objectives
  • Support change management and requirement updates throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in a Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (developers, QA, DevOps)
  • Strong documentation and requirements-gathering skills
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Confluence)
  • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or system integrations (preferred)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
