We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Associate Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the planning, analysis, and delivery of technical projects. This role is well-suited for early-career professionals with hands-on experience working alongside development teams, gathering requirements, and supporting project execution in Agile or hybrid environments.
The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly documented, effectively communicated, and delivered within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project activities, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, designers, and product owners to ensure alignment and clarity
- Assist in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Coordinate UAT efforts and support issue tracking and resolution
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation
- Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and business objectives
- Support change management and requirement updates throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–1.5 years of experience in a Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (developers, QA, DevOps)
- Strong documentation and requirements-gathering skills
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Confluence)
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or system integrations (preferred)
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
