Assistant Project Manager

Expert Home Builders is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various aspects of home improvement projects, working closely with our sales representatives and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of each project.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the outside sales representatives to coordinate who will be at the job site to open the job.

- Communicate with office administrators, sales managers, and production managers about problem resolutions with the jobs, subcontractors, and/or customers.

- Understand the full scope of the home improvement project.

- Be involved in material purchases and be informed on when they are arriving.

- Be involved in requesting inspections and making sure either you or the subcontractor will be at the job site to meet with the inspector.

- Ensure that the contractors are showing up when they need to and are working efficiently.

- Maintain relationships with the subcontractors.

- Assist sales representatives in finding new subcontractors.

- Ensure the quality of work of the subcontractors.

- Make sure job stays on schedule and within the budget.

- Visit multiple job sites a day. - Ensure that the customers are aware of the schedule of the project and that their needs and concerns are being met (within reason).

- Do a final walkthrough with the customer once the project is completed and have the customer sign off a completion form.

- Must be able to speak and understand Spanish.

- Must have construction knowledge (interior and exterior).

- Understanding blueprints is a plus.

- Must also have project managing experience.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
