Assistant Project Manager - Aluminium & Joinery

Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa’s and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager (Aluminium Joinery) supports the Project Manager in coordinating and executing aluminium joinery projects, including windows, doors, curtain walls, and facades. The role involves assisting in planning, procurement, execution, and handover of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, RFIs, transmittals, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Support in managing fabrication and installation schedules for aluminium joinery works.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of aluminium joinery installation.
• Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Track material procurement and delivery timelines.
• Maintain project reports, progress updates, and assist in preparing project handover documents.
• Assist in quality control checks, inspections, and snagging processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

• Aluminium Joinery: 8 years (Preferred)
