Project Manager - Roofing / Building Envelope
to join their team in Nassau County, NY. This is a high-visibility opportunity to work directly alongside company leadership, supporting major construction projects while gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do as the Project Manager:
Manage and track submittals to ensure timely and accurate project execution
Coordinate and process RFIs and support communication between project stakeholders
Assist with change order management using ClearStory or similar platforms
Maintain project documentation and workflows within Procore
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
Support coordination efforts across multiple active construction projects
Organize project files, correspondence, and administrative documentation
Assist with estimating, preconstruction support, and take-offs as needed
Participate in site visits, walkthroughs, and project meetings when required
Help improve operational processes and project efficiency across the business
Must-Haves as the Project Manager:
Construction industry experience with a commercial GC or subcontractor
Experience handling submittals, RFIs, and construction documentation workflows
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and highly dependable
Nice-to-Haves as the Project Manager:
Experience using Procore or similar project management platforms
Background in roofing, waterproofing, or building envelope construction
Architecture or engineering education or experience
Exposure to estimating, take-offs, or preconstruction
Familiarity with change order management tools such as ClearStory

Base salary ranging from $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
