Assistant Project Manager | Onsite | 3-6 Months Experience

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Onsite
Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM
Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 06

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and coordination of ongoing projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to build a career in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing projects in line with timelines and objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, content) to ensure smooth workflow
  • Track project progress and maintain regular status updates
  • Document meeting minutes (MoM) and follow up on action items
  • Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and escalate delays when required
  • Support in resource allocation and task management
  • Maintain project documentation and reports
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity on deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Internship experience in project coordination or management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
