Your Responsibilities
St. Cecilia’s House & Robert McBride House is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the property which consists of 140 units. Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, resident file management, recertifications, waitlist administration, move-ins, resident relations, and compliance with HUD and company requirements. The Assistant Property Manager will assist with maintaining accurate records, processing invoices in Yardi, coordinating with vendors and contractors, supporting occupancy goals, and working collaboratively with residents, maintenance staff, resident services, and corporate teams to support the overall success of the property.
Your Qualifications
At least 2 years of previous property management experience is required. Experience with HUD compliance is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. COS and/or CPO certification is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.
