<Responsibilities>
- Assist in overseeing daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
- Support lease administration processes, including data entry, contract management, and renewal negotiations.
- Manage tenant inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, rent payments, service requests, and legal documentation such as lease agreements and notices.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other federal/state laws governing multifamily housing.
- Use property management software to update resident information, track vacancies, and generate reports.
- Assist in resolving conflicts between residents or staff through effective conflict management strategies while upholding community standards.
- Support property maintenance coordination by documenting work orders, tracking repairs and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in marketing efforts by upselling available units or amenities to prospective tenants during tours or outreach activities.
- Contribute to office administrative functions including filing, data entry, phone etiquette, and supporting legal administrative tasks related to property leasing.
<Qualifications>
- Experience in property management or real estate administrative roles; familiarity with multifamily housing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations preferred
- Proficiency with property management systems such as Propertyware is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally and diplomatically.
- Effective negotiation skills for lease agreements, renewals, and conflict resolution.
- Office experience including data entry, filing, contracts management, and phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
