Located “Up North” in beautiful Petoskey on the shores of Lake Michigan, the Emmet County Prosecutor’s Office has an opening for an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. The office is dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced, and offers the opportunity to prosecute a variety of criminal cases with the unique benefit of already being in the heart of Michigan’s summer/winter outdoor playground when not in the office.
