Job Description

Job Overview:

Works under the direction of the Prosecutor and Chief Assistant Prosecutor. Handles all levels of cases, will obtain considerable courtroom experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Civil infractions, misdemeanors, some felony cases, abuse and neglect, mental health hearings, and personal protection hearings. Responsible to prepare and present cases as needed. Conduct pretrials, and other hearings as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Member of the bar, no prior experience required.
