  • Help the Purchase Manager in daily procurement activities.
  • Collect and compare quotations from different vendors.
  • Prepare purchase orders and get necessary approvals.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Check received goods for quality and quantity before acceptance.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing.
  • Maintain proper stock levels by monitoring inventory.
  • Assist in identifying reliable and cost-effective suppliers.
  • Handle documentation related to purchase, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Ensure all purchases are made as per company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
