Assistant Purchase Manager

JD for the profile of Assistant Purchase Manager

· Maintain Purchase Requisition for purchase order as per the demand generated by the sales team.

· Approve the order of necessary goods and maintain proper costing of the products.

· Negotiate price with external vendors to secure the best rates and advantageous terms.

· Ensure a proper system of reviewing stock, maintaining minimum inventory levels, and monitoring reordering levels.

· Costing Management & Transportation

· Vendor development, Review agreements and MOUs and suggest amendments aimed at long-term benefits.

· Handling ZKP Team, audits and following proper systems.

· Ensure Bills & payment are made on time.

What we are looking for?

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Educational Qualifications – Engineering Diploma / degree OR Any Science Degree.

· Experience – 5-10 years in Purchase / Procurement Management/ Material Planning & Vendor Management.

· Must have good negotiation and team management skills.

· The preferred candidate should have worked in Home Appliances Industry.

· Computer skills -Must be very good in Excel.

· Must have strong follow up skills.

Salary Range

50k to 55K CTC (Depends on the candidate)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
