Job Purpose:

To ensure the smooth procurement of goods and materials for the Mart Division, maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely availability of stock as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute purchase strategies in coordination with category and store operations teams.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment.
  • Prepare purchase orders, GRNs, and related documentation in ERP.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards in all procurement activities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support the Purchase Manager in budgeting and procurement planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
