Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Purchase Manager to join our team. This role is particularly suited for female candidates who are seeking to build their career in procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Support procurement activities and maintain records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams for timely replenishment.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Prepare reports and analyze purchasing data to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchase management, preferably in construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
