Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Recruiter & Customer Service to support our System. This role combines customer support, administrative assistance, and recruitment-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, tech-comfortable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Platform Support
- Respond to customer and candidate inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Assist users with platform navigation, account issues, and general questions
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication style
- Escalate technical or complex issues when required
Administrative & Assistant Duties
- Provide daily operational and administrative support to the platform owner
- Manage data entry tasks and system updates
- Organize candidate information and maintain accurate records
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned (scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, etc.)
Recruitment & Talent Operations
- Upload CVs and candidate profiles to the system
- Update candidate records, statuses, and job matches
- Conduct initial candidate phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates when required
- Assist with basic recruitment tasks and talent pipeline management
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (screening, CV handling, follow-ups)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work independently
- Comfortable using online platforms, CRMs, or ATS systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with talent platforms, HR systems, or recruitment agencies
- Familiarity with CV screening and candidate databases
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
