Role PurposePlan, coordinate, and supervise the civil/structural scope for G+3 residential and commercial projects in Sharjah. Deliver works safely, on time, to spec, and within budget, complying with Sharjah Municipality procedures, Sharjah Civil Defense (SCD) interfaces, SEWA utility requirements, company contracts (FIDIC-based), and UAE labor/HSE rules&mdash;while actively planning for weather (heat, humidity, dust/fog) and traffic/permit constraints that impact logistics and sequencingKey Responsibilities1) Engineering &amp; Planning<ul><li>Translate IFC drawings/specifications into method statements, ITPs, and a rolling 2&ndash;6-week look-ahead aligned to the master programme.</li><li>Coordinate shop drawings, rebar BBS, builder&rsquo;s works for MEP/ELV, and SCD egress/plant-room interfaces; raise RFIs for conflicts.</li><li>Identify long-lead/critical civil activities (elevator pits/shafts, waterproofing sequences, fa&ccedil;ade anchors, precast elements) and lock in approvals early.</li></ul>2) Site Execution &amp;
