Job Title: Fresher Mechanical EngineerJob Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Mechanical Engineer to support engineering, maintenance, production, design, and project activities. The candidate will assist senior engineers in technical inspections, equipment installation, troubleshooting, documentation, and site coordination.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the installation, operation, maintenance, and inspection of mechanical equipment and systems.</li><li>Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.</li><li>Monitor equipment performance and help identify mechanical faults or maintenance requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and other departments for smooth project execution.</li><li>Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</li><li>Ensure work is carried out according to safety standards, company procedures, and project requirements.</li><li>Read and understand mechanical drawings, layouts, manuals, and technical specifications.</li><li>Support testing, commissioning, and quality inspection activities.</li><li>Maintain records of maintenance work, inspection reports, and material usage.</li><li>Learn and apply industry standards related to mechanical systems, piping, HVAC, pumps, valves, and machinery.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.</li><li>Understanding of AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering drawings.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and work on-site when required.</li><li>Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, compressors, HVAC, piping, and mechanical equipment.</li><li>Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.</li></ul>Qualification:Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Experience:Fresh graduate / 0&ndash;1 year experience.Work Location: In person
