Job title: Senior Valve TechnicianSummaryExperienced mechanical technician responsible for the maintenance, overhaul, testing and troubleshooting of industrial valves and associated actuators and control systems on onshore/offshore assets and plants in the UAE. This senior role leads valve maintenance activities, mentors junior staff, liaises with vendors and ensures compliance with company HSE and quality standards.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute and supervise dismantling, inspection, repair, re-assembly and commissioning of valves (gate, globe, ball, check, butterfly, control, safety relief) and associated actuators (pneumatic, electric, hydraulic).</li><li>Conduct valve diagnostic checks and functional tests: hydrostatic testing, leak testing, seat/face inspection, calibration and stroke testing.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair control valves and positioners (electro-pneumatic positioners, I/P converters).
