Fresher Graduate Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose:
To support the sales and technical team in promoting electrical, instrumentation, industrial, and engineering products/services to clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing basic technical proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in business development activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, panels, switchgear, cables, instruments, automation, or industrial equipment will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
• Contact customers through calls, emails, and meetings to introduce company products and services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical documents, product details, and basic proposals.
• Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, approvals, and purchase orders.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Support site visits, client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for pricing and product availability.
• Learn and understand company products, services, and industry applications.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Support after-sales coordination and customer service when required.

Skills Required:

• Basic electrical engineering knowledge
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Interest in technical sales and business development
• Ability to learn products and explain technical details to customers
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• MS Office knowledge
• CRM knowledge will be an advantage
• UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory
