ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

We are a well-established company specializing in building contracting, MEP works, and interior fit-out projects across the UAE. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and DEWA/Civil Defence-approved Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be DEWA-approved and Dubai Civil Defence-approved, with a proven track record in managing electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and supervise the implementation of electrical systems in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare and submit DEWA and Civil Defence applications and follow up until approvals are obtained.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project timelines and compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure that all installations adhere to approved drawings and safety standards.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment.
• Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare project documentation including technical reports, drawings, load schedules, and shop drawings.
• Resolve technical issues, design changes, and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., DEWA, DCD, Dubai Municipality).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 4 years of electrical engineering experience in the UAE.
• DEWA & Dubai Civil Defence approved Engineer (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, regulations, and authority processes.
• Experience in MEP, fit-out, and building contracting projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software.
• Excellent communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in MEP coordination and interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
