Job Title: Fresher Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Mechanical Engineer to support engineering, maintenance, production, design, and project activities. The candidate will assist senior engineers in technical inspections, equipment installation, troubleshooting, documentation, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, operation, maintenance, and inspection of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and help identify mechanical faults or maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and other departments for smooth project execution.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to safety standards, company procedures, and project requirements.
• Read and understand mechanical drawings, layouts, manuals, and technical specifications.
• Support testing, commissioning, and quality inspection activities.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, inspection reports, and material usage.
• Learn and apply industry standards related to mechanical systems, piping, HVAC, pumps, valves, and machinery.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
• Understanding of AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on-site when required.
• Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, compressors, HVAC, piping, and mechanical equipment.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Fresh graduate / 0–1 year experience.
