Job Summary

As a Mechanical Sales Engineer Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in industrial products, technical sales, customer relationship management, and business development. You will work closely with senior sales engineers to develop technical and commercial solutions for customers while gaining practical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the company's products, engineering services, and industrial solutions.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Support senior sales engineers in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Attend customer meetings and industrial site visits.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, and operations teams for timely project execution.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and customer feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in technical sales and business development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
