Job Description

Support RMs with day-to-day management of HNW/UHNW client portfolios.

Prepare, coordinate and process KYC, onboarding, account opening and periodic reviews for individual, corporate, foundation, and offshore structures.

Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies across all documentation and due diligence processes.

Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, requests, and administrative deliverables.

Liaise with compliance, onboarding, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of client documentation.

Maintain accurate client records, monitoring key deadlines and proactively identifying outstanding requirements.

Support RMs with client reporting, credit requests, product documentation, and transactional follow-ups.

Assist with preparation of client presentations, reviews, and portfolio summaries.
The Successful Applicant
-
2-5+ years' experience as an ARM/Client Service Officer within private banking or wealth management.

Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC, CDD/EDD, and account-opening procedures.

Experience handling complex structures (foundations, corporates, offshore entities, trusts, and individuals).

Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, including local AML/KYC guidelines.

Excellent client communication skills, with experience dealing directly with HNW/UHNWI profiles.

Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workflows.

Proficiency in banking systems, documentation processes, and cross-functional coordination.
