Job Title: Assistant Research Manager (Data Analytics & Reporting)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Research Manager to drive data analysis, build impactful dashboards, and deliver high-quality business presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards using Power BI
✔ Develop advanced Excel models, trackers, and automated reports (Power Query, Power Pivot)

✔ Prepare detailed, structured, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for management reporting
✔ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
✔ Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting needs
✔ Translate complex data into clear storytelling for business decision-making
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to support strategic initiatives
✔ Monitor KPIs and highlight performance gaps, risks, and opportunities
✔ Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy
✔ Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across all reports

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, automation)
✅ Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development)
✅ Proven experience in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations for business reporting
✅ Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to convert data into clear insights and business narratives
✅ Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
✅ Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Reporting roles
